We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our dynamic team in Farmington, NM. This position is ideal for a clinician passionate about providing trauma-informed therapy and contributing to community well-being through training and education services.

Requirements:
- Current licensure in New Mexico (LPCC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent)
- Training or certification in trauma-informed modalities preferred (Brainspotting, EMDR or approved modalities)
- Experience or interest in providing mental health education and training in community settings
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Qualified candidates will be eligible for a sign on bonus of up to $2,000 ( payable 1/2 at start and 1/2 after probation period of 3 months). Pay rate is dependent on licensure and experience. This is a contracted position with no benefits other than signon and flexible schedule. Mutually we determine your available hours. You will receive help with the expense of brainspotting training. Rate of pay following probationary experience depends on licensure, years of experience and adaptability.
